Hi, I'm Neil.

I spent most of my career in corporate finance before real estate — which explains a lot about how I work: numbers first, straight answers, no pressure.

What I enjoy most is teaching the process — making real estate make sense whether you're a first-time buyer, a first-time investor, or a seasoned owner trying a new strategy. My clients make their own decisions; my job is to make sure they're fully informed ones.

That analyst's habit became a system: I maintain a live database of multi-family properties with complete financial analysis, and a fixer-upper pipeline with after-repair-value reports — so the people I work with underwrite opportunities in minutes instead of weekends.

Off the clock: chasing great meals around Philadelphia, and living and dying with the Eagles.
